Position: Part-Time Pool Attendant
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Up to 32 hours/week
Shift options: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Must be available for both shifts
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Holidays: Mandatory, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Pool Attendant to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment for our guests. This is not a lifeguard position. The ideal candidate will assist guests, enforce pool rules, and maintain poolside areas, including umbrellas and seating.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the pool area and enforce pool rules to ensure guest safety and comfort

Assist guests with umbrellas, chairs, and general pool needs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool deck, lounge areas, and surrounding spaces

Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly

Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times

Work assigned shifts, including mandatory holidays such as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or recreational facility work preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically able to handle light lifting and outdoor work

Flexible availability, including required holiday shifts
