Car Service Advisor / BDC Service Representative
Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Must be flexible to work a schedule within these hours.
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a BDC Service Representative for a well-established automotive dealership in Fort Myers.
We are looking for someone with automotive-related customer service, BDC, service scheduling, dealership, or service advisor experience who enjoys working with customers and is comfortable managing a busy schedule.
Job Duties:

Schedule vehicle service appointments by phone and computer

Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service

Assist customers with questions regarding service appointments

Make reminder and follow-up calls to customers

Enter and maintain service appointments in the computer system

Communicate professionally with customers regarding their vehicle service needs

Provide a positive customer experience throughout the scheduling process
Requirements:

Previous automotive-related customer service or BDC experience required

Experience scheduling automotive service appointments preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls

Computer proficient and able to learn dealership scheduling systems

Professional, dependable, and organized
