Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Entry Specialist to join a growing company within the flooring and home improvement industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both customers and internal teams, and has strong organizational and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and place customer and company orders
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Enter and track order details within the system
- Communicate with clients and customers via phone and email regarding order status and updates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order entry, administrative support, or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
