Data Entry / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Data Entry / Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Fort Myers that supports underground utility construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with customer interaction and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain customer, project, and order data in internal systems
- Assist with processing orders, quotes, and invoices related to construction projects
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding project details, pricing, and order status
- Support the sales team by following up on leads and assisting with inside sales efforts
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy at all times
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous data entry, administrative, or inside sales experience preferred
- Experience in construction, utilities, or a related industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
