Accounts Payable Clerk (Job Costing Experience Required)
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Pay: $50,000–$52,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time
A well-established corporate office for a large flooring and carpet company in Bonita Springs is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team.

Schedule:
Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
End time between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform job costing and ensure proper allocation of expenses
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing issues
- Assist with month-end closing processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Job costing experience required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
