Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Lehigh Acres / Cape Coral Area, FL
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing home service company in the Lehigh Acres / Cape Coral area to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers excellent customer service, and has experience coordinating service schedules for field technicians.
This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Position Overview
The Irrigation CSR is responsible for managing customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and supporting field technicians. This role also assists customers with service inquiries and promotes preventative irrigation maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Support
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate irrigation services
- Educate customers on repairs, services, and seasonal maintenance
Scheduling & Dispatch
- Create and manage service tickets using ServiceTitan (required)
- Coordinate technician schedules based on location, travel time, and urgency
- Adjust schedules for emergencies, add-ons, and reschedules
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
Sales & Service Support
- Promote maintenance programs and service options
- Recommend additional services such as inspections or upgrades
- Follow pricing guidelines and service recommendations
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Respond to new leads from phone, web, and messaging platforms
- Follow up on estimates and recommended services
- Assist with seasonal campaigns and service reminders
Administrative Duties
- Process payments over the phone
- Send confirmations and appointment reminders
- Update customer records in ServiceTitan
- Escalate complex issues when needed
Performance Expectations
- Maintain accurate and efficient scheduling
- Ensure high call response and booking rates
- Support technician productivity through organized dispatching
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism
- Keep customer records detailed and up to date
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or call center experience required
- Experience using ServiceTitan is REQUIRED
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable discussing services and upselling when appropriate
- Tech-savvy with CRM, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
