Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist (Contract)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6–12 months (potential to extend)
Pay: $30–$40/hour (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Expert to support a local Fort Myers client who has recently transitioned to the platform. This individual will act as a “super user” to help stabilize processes, optimize system usage, and provide hands-on training to the Accounting team (AR/AP).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft D365 F&O
- Support post-implementation stabilization and troubleshooting
- Work closely with Accounting teams (AR/AP) to improve workflows
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to internal staff
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Assist with data integrity, reporting, and system navigation
- Act as a liaison between Accounting and IT (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Proven ability to train and support end users (especially Accounting teams)
- Background in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable preferred
- Experience in system implementation or post-go-live support is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Myers
