Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist for an 8-week temporary assignment in Cape Coral. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers, and assisting with administrative and order processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately
- Prepare quotes and provide product/service information
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and operations
- Assist with order tracking, shipping coordination, and general administrative support
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
