Customer Care Representative – Customer Sales Support

Express Employment Professionals of Fort Myers is partnering with a well-established medical product manufacturer in Fort Myers to find an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join their team!
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a call center environment, enjoys talking with customers, and brings an empathetic, positive, and can-do attitude to every conversation. The right candidate will be comfortable handling both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales and follow-up calls while building strong customer relationships.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and other customer inquiries

Make outbound sales, follow-up, and customer service calls to existing and prospective customers

Build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly, professional, and empathetic service

Respond to questions regarding medical products, parts, orders, and services

Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshoot customer concerns
-
Create customer cases, process RMAs, enter quotes, and convert quotes into sales orders

Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities in the ERP system
-
Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, returns, and product updates
-
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
-
Escalate complex technical or customer issues to the appropriate department or leadership

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are handled quickly and effectively

Monitor customer concerns and trends and communicate potential quality issues

Assist team members with customer inquiries and troubleshooting

Maintain accurate records and perform detailed data entry
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Participate in required training and follow all company safety policies

Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

Outstanding customer service skills and a genuinely positive attitude

Friendly, patient, empathetic, and professional communication style

Comfortable making outbound calls in a call center or sales environment

Previous call center, customer service, inside sales, BDC, or account management experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand products

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint

Experience working with an ERP or CRM system preferred

Accurate data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
-
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
