BDC Service Representative
Fort Myers, FL | $17.00/hour
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a BDC Service Representative for a well-established automotive dealership in Fort Myers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, is comfortable on the phone, and would love to become part of a team that has been serving the community for years.
What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule service appointments for customers.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist with service-related questions.

Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Enter and maintain service appointments in the computer system.

Make reminder calls to customers about upcoming service appointments.

Help ensure customers have a smooth and positive service experience.
Schedule & Pay

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Must be open to working a schedule within those hours and Saturdays if needed.
What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive customer service experience.

Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable using a computer to schedule appointments.

Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Automotive or service scheduling experience is a plus, but not required.
