Medical Back Office

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and compassionate Medical Back Office candidate to join a healthcare team in Fort Myers! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong clinical skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical environment.

Duties Include:

• Assist physicians and clinical staff with daily patient care.
• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and medical records.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out as needed.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and general questions.
• Assist with procedures and other clinical tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient documentation.
• Follow all healthcare, safety, and privacy guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous medical back-office or clinical experience preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
• Ability to work well as part of a healthcare team
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required
