Certified Medical Back Office
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $20–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and compassionate Certified Medical Back Office candidate to join a healthcare team in Fort Myers! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong clinical skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical environment.
Duties Include:
- Assist physicians and clinical staff with daily patient care.
- Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer injections and assist with clinical procedures.
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
- Assist with patient intake, documentation, and medical records.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out as needed.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and general questions.
- Assist with procedures and other clinical tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient documentation.
- Follow all healthcare, safety, and privacy guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active CMA certification required.
- Previous experience administering injections required.
- Previous medical back-office or clinical experience preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office.
- Ability to work well as part of a healthcare team.
