Medical Back Office
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $17–$18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Medical Back Office professional to join a well-established healthcare team in Fort Myers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with patients and supporting providers in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Obtain and document vital signs and patient medical histories.
- Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.
- Administer injections as directed.
- Perform EKGs and other basic clinical testing as needed.
- Prepare, clean, and restock exam rooms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Assist with patient intake and ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Communicate professionally with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and general questions.
- Follow HIPAA, safety, and infection-control guidelines.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
Qualifications
- Previous medical back-office or clinical experience preferred.
- CMA certification preferred.
- Experience administering injections preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Comfortable working as part of a healthcare team.
