Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Temporary Senior Recruiter for a 100% remote opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with strong full-cycle recruitment experience supporting corporate and professional-level roles.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate positions, including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Procurement, and Administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, develop job postings, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage candidate pipelines in an Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate and timely candidate updates.
- Provide hiring managers and HR partners with market insight, compensation guidance, and recruiting updates.
- Communicate pipeline status, candidate feedback, and time-to-fill updates to stakeholders.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Conduct phone screens and structured interviews.
- Prepare detailed candidate write-ups and recommendations for hiring teams.
- Assist with offer negotiation and extension in alignment with compensation guidelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring corporate roles.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, compensation data, and the competitive talent market.
- Ensure recruiting activity remains compliant with hiring policies and employment guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records for all requisitions and candidate activity.
- Support recruiting process improvements, job description updates, and new recruiting tools or technology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on corporate, professional, or white-collar roles.
- Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology positions.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional candidate write-ups and job postings.
- Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and urgency.
- Experience in a corporate shared services or field support center environment preferred.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
