Location: Bonita Springs, FL

Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $23/hr, with a raise once hired after 90 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a high-end interior design firm located in Bonita Springs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with accounting support and Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a professional office environment, and experience handling accounts payable responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Matching invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Entering and maintaining accurate payment records
- Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with vendor communication and payment tracking
- Maintaining organized accounting files and documentation
- Supporting the accounting team with additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous accounts payable or accounting clerk experience preferred
- Must have strong Excel experience, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
