Client Care Specialist

Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Setting: 100% Onsite
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Client Care Specialist for a well-established Fortune 500 company located in Bonita Springs. The Client Care Specialist will serve as a main point of contact for national customers, providing professional support and a high level of customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting with customer requests, coordinating service needs, processing information accurately, and helping maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process inbound customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and internal systems
- Track customer interactions and updates in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
- Assist with quotes, contracts, service requests, and invoicing support
- Identify customer needs and help resolve questions or concerns
- Work closely with leadership and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely follow-up on all assigned tasks
- Support department goals related to response time, customer retention, and overall service quality
- Contribute ideas to help improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service, client support, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Bonita Springs
