Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Measure, inspect, and package finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep the work area clean and organized while following all safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred (training available for qualified candidates).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
