Remote Central Support Specialist – Contract
Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Length: Immediate start through November
Available Schedules:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Central Support Specialist to assist the Facilities Division of a Fortune 500 company.
This is a contract opportunity for someone who works well independently, communicates professionally, and thrives in a collaborative remote team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Division.
- Coordinate and respond to internal requests.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Update information within company systems.
- Communicate with team members through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Prioritize multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties.
- Work closely with remote team members to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer support, or office experience.
- Prior remote work experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to learn new software and internal systems.
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected with a remote team.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
