Maintenance Technician – Luxury High-Rise Condominium
Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM availability required; employees work five days per week
Job Type: Temp-to-Permanent
Pay: $23hr
Express Employment Professionals of Naples is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a luxury high-rise condominium community in Naples.
The ideal candidate will have previous condominium maintenance experience, a professional appearance, and the ability to provide excellent service to residents and property management.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the condominium property
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Maintain common areas, building equipment, and exterior spaces
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and property management
Requirements
- Previous condominium maintenance experience is required
- Experience working in a luxury high-rise community is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work five days per week with availability Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance duties
- Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record
- Must be able to successfully complete all required employment screenings
