Mechanical Production Associate – Evaluation Hire
Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $20-$22hr
Work Environment: Climate-controlled/A/C facility
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a mechanically inclined
Production Associate for a company located in Naples, FL. This is an evaluation-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, assembling products, and performing hands-on mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, or repair mechanical components and products
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Follow written instructions, diagrams, and production specifications
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, or mechanical experience is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
