General Laborer – Solar Panel Assembly
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–5:45 PM
Hours: 4 days / 40 hours per week
Work Environment: Outdoor jobsite
Job Description
We are hiring General Laborers to assist with the installation and assembly of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on position that involves working outdoors and using basic hand tools to bolt and secure solar panels and related components together.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and bolt solar panels and mounting components together.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions and safety procedures at the jobsite.
- Lift, carry, and position materials as needed.
- Work as part of a team to complete solar installation projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working outside all day, including in Florida heat and changing weather conditions.
- Must be OK working on an outdoor construction/jobsite environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
- Previous construction, solar, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

Monday–Thursday
6:45 AM–5:45 PM
$20.00/hour
4 days × 10 hours = 40 hours per week
