Temporary Administrative Assistant – Human Resources Department
Durration: 2-4 Months
Pay: $20hr
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources Department of a large retail headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment. Current HR students and HR interns are strongly encouraged to apply!
Position Details
- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Schedule: Temporary, approximately 3 days per week
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week
- Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Bonita Springs, FL
- Work Setting: On-site corporate/retail headquarters
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Assist with employee files, paperwork, and HR documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork
- Scan, file, organize, and maintain confidential documents
- Answer emails and assist with general HR correspondence
- Help coordinate HR projects and department needs
- Provide additional administrative support as assigned
Ideal Candidate
- Interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR students or interns looking to gain professional experience are highly encouraged to apply
