Administrative Assistant – Medical Manufacturing
$20–$25 per hour | Monday–Friday | Bonita Springs
Are you organized, computer-savvy, and experienced with purchase orders and ERP systems? Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a growing medical manufacturing facility in Bonita Springs!
This is a full-time, on-site, evaluation-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and excellent benefits once hired permanently.
Pay:
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- 30-minute lunch
- No evenings or weekends!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors
- Create, process, and maintain purchase orders
- Save and organize packing slips and supporting documentation
- Process returns and credits
- Assist with invoicing and accounting-related administrative tasks
- Order office supplies and help coordinate facility needs
- Maintain accurate information in the company’s ERP system
- Create spreadsheets, reports, and documents
- Communicate with team members through Microsoft Teams
- Provide general administrative support throughout the facility
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous ERP system experience is required
- Purchase order experience is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Teams
- Experience with invoicing, packing slips, returns, or credits is preferred
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
