Part-Time Maintenance Technician — $20/hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to assist with upkeep at a condominium community.
Schedule:
Pay: $20 per hour
Responsibilities:

Maintain common areas, grounds, pool areas and recreational facilities.

Inspect building and landscape lighting and replace bulbs as needed.

Assist with pool and spa equipment checks, including pumps, temperatures and chemical feeds.

Perform general maintenance, painting, pressure washing and routine repairs.

Remove debris, clean walkways and courtyards, and maintain trash and recycling areas.

Check irrigation systems and assist with grounds upkeep.

Inspect building equipment, report maintenance concerns and keep maintenance areas organized.

Complete other maintenance tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
-
Previous maintenance or related hands-on experience.

Familiarity with basic tools, equipment and general repair tasks.

Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Reliable attendance and availability for the listed schedule.
