Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices accurately.

Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.

Prepare payments and ensure invoices are paid on time.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.

Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.

Maintain organized accounts payable records and files.

Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
-
Previous accounts payable or related accounting experience.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic.

Construction industry experience is a plus.

Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
