Job Full Description
Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician I to support facility, building, and production equipment maintenance operations. This position involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing facility upkeep, and assisting with general plant maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule may vary based on production and maintenance needs
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain plant, office, yard, and building equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issues
- Install and maintain conveyors, ducts, racks, partitions, and related equipment
- Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, and general facility maintenance tasks
- Dismantle machinery and equipment to replace defective parts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes safely
- Replace lights, ballasts, receptacles, valves, tubing, hoses, and related components
- Complete maintenance tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Maintain maintenance records and electronic work orders
- Support general yard and grounds maintenance activities
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of related maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience and/or certification preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic ticketing systems
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable with a strong attention to safety and quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs independently and over 40 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work around machinery, chemicals, and industrial noise
- Ability to use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus required
