Job Full Description
Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (3x12s)
Pay: $24 Per Hour (Weekly Pay Schedule – Every Friday)
Bonus: Get paid for 40 hours when you work 36 (full shifts worked)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance (quarry/building materials background a plus)

Proficiency with mechanical systems such as conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings
-
Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred

Fabrication or welding skills a plus
-
Reliable and able to work independently during overnight shifts
Description:
-
Perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment
-
Troubleshoot and replace components such as gearboxes, motors, bearings, and belts
-
Support light electrical repairs (preferred)
-
Perform fabrication and welding as needed
-
Maintain uptime on specialized manufacturing equipment

Document completed work and coordinate with day shift teams
