Job Full Description
Pay: $20+ Per Hour – Based on Experience
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Ocala, FL
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a manual lathe operator
-
Skilled in threading and finishing screws to exact specifications
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
-
Proficient in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
-
Strong attention to detail and self-motivated

High school diploma or equivalent
Description:
-
Operate a manual lathe to produce precision metal components
-
Turn, cut, and thread screws and other parts according to specifications
-
Inspect and measure parts for accuracy using precision tools
-
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
