Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly – Every Friday
Position Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills who takes initiative and thrives on problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including motors, gears, and conveyors
Diagnose and fix electrical issues involving 5–48 VDC and 120–480 VAC circuits
Document maintenance activities and equipment status
Support implementation of new systems and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with industrial equipment and control systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and communication skills
