Phone Sales - Patient Care Coordinator
(Weight Loss & Hormone Therapy Clinic)
- Locations: Lady Lake & Ocala, FL
- Pay Rate: $20–$24/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Travel Required: Must be willing to travel between Ocala and Lady Lake locations
About the Role:
A respected medical center specializing in weight loss and hormone therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their compassionate and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, values meaningful patient interactions, and is motivated by helping others feel hopeful and heard.
This is not a cold-calling or commission-based sales role. This position requires you to be on the phone most of the day. All inquiries are warm leads—individuals who have expressed interest by completing a survey on our website. Your role will be to connect with these potential patients, understand their needs, and guide them through our services with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads via phone and text to discuss their health goals and explain available services
- Conduct consultative conversations (30–90 minutes) to uncover individual needs, including sensitive topics related to sexual health
- Schedule appointments with the medical team and ensure patients feel supported throughout the process
- Assist at the front counter when patients arrive for scheduled visits
- Enter and manage patient data across four internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up

- Professional & Discreet:Maintains confidentiality and handles personal information with care
- Compliance: Must pass a drug test and background check prior to starting
