Job Opening: Office Administrator – Data Entry Specialist
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
About the Role:
A well-established local company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator with strong data entry skills. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing customer interactions, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-volume data entry with precision and efficiency
• Upload and process invoices, including attaching photos, entering model/serial numbers, and recording dates
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Utilize Mac/Apple desktop systems and company-specific software (training provided)
• Work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage documentation and communications
• Support general office administration tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Comfortable working on Mac/Apple desktop systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new software quickly and follow structured training
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
