Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: 3–4 Days/Week (Flexible) | Typical Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Ocala, FL
Industry: Property Management
We’re seeking a mature, reliable, and experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our property management team on a part-time basis long term. This role is ideal for someone who is computer savvy, comfortable handling phones, and eager to support various office functions as a floater.
Responsibilities:
- Front desk coverage and phone support
- Customer service for tenants and clients
- General office tasks including data entry and document handling
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of office experience, preferably in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing tasks
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods in an office environment
- Professional demeanor; respectful, dependable, and self-directed
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Software Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks and AppFolio experience a plus (training provided)
Dress Code:
- Business attire: dress slacks and blouse/shirt
- Jeans permitted on Fridays if appropriate
