Administrative Professional / Client Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Professional to join our team as a Client Coordinator. This is a full-time, front-facing role where professionalism, organization, and communication skills are essential.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime during tax season and as needed
- Compensation: $19.00-$23.00 (top end reserved for exceptional candidates)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Receptionist/Front Desk lead, welcoming clients and managing incoming calls (up to 12 lines).
- Perform administrative tasks including typing, filing, and note-taking with strong attention to detail.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at a moderate level for daily tasks.
- Coordinate client communications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor as the “front of house.”
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of Front Desk/Receptionist experience (not entry-level).
- Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable managing multiple phone lines and client interactions.
