Upholstery Technician
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Upholstery Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on fabricating, upholstering, and finishing high-quality acoustic sound panels that meet both performance and visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Upholster acoustic sound panels using fabric, foam, and other materials
- Measure, cut, and install fabric and padding accurately
- Operate hand tools, staple guns, cutting tools, and basic shop equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and durability
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all quality and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Upholstery, sewing, or fabric-handling experience required
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
