Accounting – Accounts Payable (Construction company)
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will manage all aspects of accounts payable using ComputerEase and MS Office, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and financial documents. You will also handle AIA documents and oversee daily financial operations.
Responsibilities:

Handle AIA documents and related financial paperwork

Oversee accounts payable within ComputerEase

Maintain accurate financial records using MS Office
