Skilled Concrete Finisher / Laborer
We are hiring experienced Concrete Finishers and Laborers for a well-established concrete company serving the Marion County area. If you have construction experience, take pride in quality workmanship, and are dependable, we want to hear from you.
Pay
$17.00 – $22.00 per hour to start
Pay based on experience
Schedule
Full-Time
Varied hours Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
Responsibilities
- Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces
- Assist with site preparation and job site cleanup
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Ensure quality workmanship on residential and commercial projects
- Follow safety procedures and work efficiently with the crew
Qualifications
- Previous concrete or construction experience preferred
- Experience with concrete finishing techniques
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation preferred
