Janitor
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees and visitors within a manufacturing facility.
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Friday
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50
Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties throughout facility common areas

Clean and sanitize restrooms, cafeterias, and shared spaces

Wash windows and maintain overall facility cleanliness

Remove trash and transport waste to outdoor receptacles

Maintain janitorial storage areas and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked
-
Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging drains
-
Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns to supervisors

Perform additional facility-related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety practices

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to maintain a clean and orderly environment

Professional and courteous communication with staff and visitors

High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance)

Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, machinery, and noise
-
Must follow proper PPE and safety procedures
