Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Property Management Industry
Payrate: $18/hour
Flexible Schedule: Part Time 4 Days per Week | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
A growing property management company in Ocala is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is eager to learn and grow within the real estate and property management industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting a team, and taking initiative. The schedule is flexible and can be either Tuesday–Friday or Wednesday–Friday, depending on availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide front office and phone support
- Assist tenants, clients, and vendors with professionalism
- Maintain organized files and accurate data entry
- Support scheduling, documentation, and general office tasks
- Learn property management systems and assist with day-to-day operations
- Provide support with light accounting or accounts payable functions as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new software and processes
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interest learning more about property management and desire to grow in the field
