Senior Residential Plumber
Pay: Piece Rate | $800 – $3,000+ per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | ~7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Field-based (Marion County area)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to install full plumbing systems for new construction homes and remodel projects. This is a piece-rate position with strong earning potential for plumbers who can complete quality, code-compliant work efficiently.
This role requires a plumber who can run their own truck, work independently, and lead apprentices while maintaining high workmanship standards.
Key Responsibilities

Install residential plumbing systems (rough-in and trim phases)

Read blueprints and follow job specifications

Install fixtures, test systems, and complete punch items

Maintain a clean, organized work truck and jobsite

Ensure plumbing work passes inspections and meets code

Lead helpers or apprentices on job sites
Requirements
-
3+ years experience as a lead residential plumber in new construction

Ability to run your own service truck and manage projects independently

Experience with PEX, CPVC, copper, and PVC systems

Ability to read plans and coordinate with other trades

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must bring personal plumbing tools
Work Environment

40–50 hours per week

Outdoor construction job sites

Physical work including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in crawlspaces
Note: This is a lead plumber role and not an apprentice position.
