We are seeking a motivated Financial Advisor / Investment Representative to join our team and build a rewarding career focused on financial planning, relationship management, and long-term client success. You will deliver comprehensive financial and insurance reviews, identify planning needs, and recommend suitable strategies related to income protection, retirement readiness, and investment planning—all within established compliance and supervisory guidelines.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-depth financial and insurance reviews (both in-person and virtual).
  • Evaluate client assets, liabilities, protection needs, retirement readiness, and legacy goals.
  • Identify planning gaps and present suitable solutions aligned with firm standards.
  • Perform targeted daily outreach to assigned client segments.
  • Complete ongoing portfolio and financial reviews according to firm policy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance requirements for insurance and securities activity.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant financial experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a high standard of ethics and compliance discipline.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Active Florida Life & Health (2-15) license — preferred.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 — required for securities activity (sponsorship may be considered for a candidate with previous brokerage experience but no license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required registrations.
  • Series 65 or 66 may be required based on registration structure.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior financial services, insurance, investment, or advisory experience.

Compensation

  • Base salary with additional performance-based incentives
  • Typical total compensation ranges (depending on experience, licensing, and performance):
  • Year 1 Estimated Total$55,000–$85,000 ($40-50k base salary offered)
  • Experienced Advisors$80,000–$120,000+

(Exact compensation varies based on production, experience, and licensing level.)

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
