Safety Assistant
- $18.00–$19.00/hr
- Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with daily safety inspections and hazard identification
- Support employee training and new hire orientations
- Track incidents, maintain records, and assist with reporting
- Review fleet camera footage for safe driving practices
- Help enforce safety policies and build a strong safety culture
- Learn OSHA, DOT, and industry standards on the job
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in safety, construction, or manufacturing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and CPR/First Aid are a plus
- Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a clean driving record
Work Environment
- Combination of office and industrial settings
- Active role with regular walking and outdoor work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional regional travel (twice per year)
