📊 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing full-cycle accounts payable operations
- Handling intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
- Processing high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Preparing weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks)
- Collaborating across departments to resolve discrepancies
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong AP background with intercompany experience REQUIRED
- Experience in multi-entity environments preferred
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks (Paycom is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
