Temporary Accounting Administrative Assistant (2-Week Assignment)

 

Location: Ocala, FL 
Start Date: April 13 (preferred)
Duration: 2 Weeks
Pay Rate: $18/hour

 

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our accounting team on a short-term, 2-week assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with digital and physical documents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and organize accounting documents
  • Assist with catching up on paperwork and filing
  • Manage and process PDF documents
  • Support the team with basic administrative accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document handling

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role preferred
  • Proficiency with scanners and document management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PDF tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary, 2-week assignment
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
