Temporary Accounting Administrative Assistant (2-Week Assignment)
Location: Ocala, FL
Start Date: April 13 (preferred)
Duration: 2 Weeks
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our accounting team on a short-term, 2-week assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with digital and physical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and organize accounting documents
- Assist with catching up on paperwork and filing
- Manage and process PDF documents
- Support the team with basic administrative accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document handling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role preferred
- Proficiency with scanners and document management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PDF tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Additional Information:
- This is a temporary, 2-week assignment
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
