Job Full Description
Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable individual to assist in a fast-paced block plant and yard environment. This position involves operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting production and yard operations as needed.
Pay
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Weekly pay — every Friday
Schedule
Full-Time
6:25 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime available
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to load and unload materials
- Assist in the block plant with mixing concrete
- Strap down products and materials for transport
- Jump on and off equipment safely throughout the shift
- Support general shop and yard operations as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work efficiently in a construction and production setting
Qualifications
- Good punctuality and attendance
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
- Experience operating Front End loaders like 644K
- Strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed
