Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to join our team. The Mixer Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mixing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the product.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing equipment.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the mixing process.
Schedule: 6:30am - 5:00; Monday - Friday (must be available to work some Saturdays)
Pay: $16 - $18
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of mixing equipment and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
