Job Full Description
Location: Ocala, FL
Company: Express Employment Professionals
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Must be open to overtime, occasional weekends, and potential 10-hour shifts
Training:
- Minimum 1 week on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic strapping machines (push-button operation)
- Bundle products efficiently and accurately
- Primarily operate a sit-down forklift
- Load/unload trucks and move pallets
- Perform repetitive forklift tasks throughout the shift (training provided for additional duties)
General Job Duties:
- Bundle and organize products
- Support distribution and warehouse organization
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Perform general warehouse tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong forklift experience (sit-down required)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Mechanical or manufacturing experience (especially for Coil Loader role)
- Reliability and flexibility with scheduling
