Leasing Agent / Leasing Consultant
- Ocala, FL
- Pay: $17.00 - $22.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(Days off provided during the week)
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing apartment community team!
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first impression for prospective residents and play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive leasing experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents
- Conduct community and apartment tours
- Answer questions regarding pricing, amenities, and availability
- Guide applicants through the leasing and application process
- Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate resident files
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Support marketing efforts, online listings, and resident events
- Assist with move-ins, resident communications, and office support
- Work closely with the property management team to meet occupancy goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or office administration
- Multifamily leasing, hospitality, or luxury apartment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus
- Must be flexible to work weekends and some evenings
