Mortgage Reconciliation Specialist
- Location: Ocala, FL | Full-Time
- Payrate: $22+/hr. (Based on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a detail-driven Investor Reporting Specialist with strong experience in bank reconciliations, investor reporting, accounting, or mortgage servicing. If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment and enjoy solving discrepancies, analyzing financial data, and keeping operations running smoothly — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit investor reports accurately and on time
- Perform detailed bank and custodial reconciliations
- Research and resolve reporting discrepancies
- Monitor cash activity, wires, and remittances
- Work with accounting, servicing, and compliance teams
- Support audits and maintain regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related preferred
- Equivalent mortgage servicing or investor reporting experience may be considered
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Mortgage servicing
- Investor reporting
- Accounting/financial operations
- Bank reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- MSP or FICS Mortgage Servicer experience is a plus
