Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Installer to join our growing team. This position involves installing retractable screen systems, screen enclosures, and related products at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools and in outdoor environments.
This is a full-time position with steady hours and opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Install retractable and hideaway screen systems according to company standards
- Measure, cut, assemble, and mount screen materials and aluminum framing
- Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment safely
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies for daily job sites
- Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers during installations
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist team members with additional installation or service tasks as needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Some Saturdays Required
Pay: $25.00–$30.00/Hour Based on Experience
Requirements
- Previous installation, construction, carpentry, or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude required
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays when needed
Preferred Skills
- Experience with screen installation, aluminum work, or construction trades
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read measurements accurately
- Customer service experience and professional communication skills
