Order Selector (Night Shift)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, and experienced Order Selector to join our warehouse team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting orders, building secure pallets, and preparing goods for shipment. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of dependability, thrives in a night-shift environment, and possesses hands-on experience with voice-directed picking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently and accurately select warehouse orders using VoCollect (voice-directed picking technology).

Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack safely to navigate the warehouse and transport goods.

Build, wrap, and tag stable, well-constructed pallets to ensure safe transit.

Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse order selecting experience.

Technology: Proven, hands-on experience using VoCollect or similar voice-picking systems is required.

Equipment: Certified or highly proficient in operating an electric pallet jack (required).

Bonus Skill: Experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker is a strong plus.

Dependability: Exceptional attendance and punctuality are absolute musts for this role.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift, and stand/walk for extended periods.
